Ever Wondered What an Aikido Lesson Is Like?

Welcome! We're happy you're interested in Aikido. Unlike a typical gym or sports club, our Dojo (traditional training hall) has a unique atmosphere. To answer your questions and give you a clearer picture, we've outlined what to expect in a trial lesson here.

What to Keep in Mind:

Informative and Inclusive: Don't worry if you're not in peak physical condition. Trial lessons are designed to introduce you to Aikido, and we encourage you to participate at your own pace.
How to Sign Up:
Appointments Required: To ensure a smooth experience, please schedule your trial lesson in advance using our contact form at our home page, or mail directly to aiki070.nl@gmail.com. We typically respond within a few days.
Arrival Time: Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time. While occasional tardiness is understandable, it's important to be on time for your trial lesson. Otherwise, we may need to reschedule.
