2. Purpose of Payment: Clearly specify the reason for the payment, using one of the following description only:

• Inscription Fee
• Monthly Fee
• Exam Fee
• Aikido Gear, such as: Suit+Size, Bokken, Jo

Keep it Simple,

Example :

If you are making a payment for both the monthly fee and a suit, please make two separate transactions.

Transaction 1: Father John Peters deposits contribution for his daughter : Only mention 'Janneke Peters, monthly fee' 

Important Note: 

For optimal record-keeping, please 'make separate payments for each type of fee or expense'. 

This will help us maintain an accurate administration.
