How to Cancel Your Membership

 


Please note:


  • Stichting Seishin-Seii requires a one-month notice for cancellation. This means you will be responsible for payment for the month following your cancellation request.
  • Cancellation Date: Your cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by Stichting Seishin-Seii.
  • Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Staying away from classes or mentioning an injury to the teacher doesn't count as a cancellation.

Here's how to properly cancel your membership:

1. Website Contact Form:

  • Locate the contact form on our homepage.
  • Fill out the contact form with your information and clearly state that you wish to cancel your membership.
  • Submit the form.


2. Email:


  • Send an email to aiki070.nl@gmail.com with the subject line "Membership Cancellation - [Your Name]".
  • In the email body, clearly state your intention to cancel your membership at Stichting Seishin-Seii.
  • Include your full name and any other relevant membership information for easy identification.


3. Registered Mail:


Send a written cancellation request via registered mail to the following address:
